Data Science Interview: What Should You Ask🙋?

I hope you are having fun practicing with me! Today, we’ll try something different.

Recently I’ve been actively interviewing candidates for one of my ML teams. A hiring manager’s typical post-interview process includes: clean up the notes taken during the interview, summarize pros and cons of the candidate, and submit a final recommendation to the HR system.

In retrospect, I realized that I had never seen any hiring managers sharing their experience or thought process. It is simply an administrative task. But there are so many things that went on in my mind during and after the interviews! Let me share some of them here:
