Application 🥁 Showcase: Voice🎙️to Tweet🐦

Today’s post is inspired by a whimsical idea of turning spontaneous thoughts from recording into tweets, whether you’re on the road or busy with household chores.

It’s interesting to note that Twitter doesn’t have this feature yet. While they offer a voice recording and playback feature, it seems to be underutilized, at least in my case. For me, Twitter is inherently visual — each tweet is a brief snapshot, easily digestible at a glance. The thought of hitting the play button to listen, even to the likes of Elon Musk’s voice, doesn’t quite align with my expectation of Twitter experience.😭

Anyway, here we are.

The audio transcribing code is awfully simple with the help of OpenAI APIs. 🎙️✨
